On May 4th, Caroline got a nice shiny new coat of paint, thanks to a few of our favorite Houston citizens. The second official Caroline Community Painting Day was a huge success, and allowed us to complete the interior of the north coworking space.

A big coworking hug goes to Citizen Space in San Francisco for graciously donating the paint. The paint used was purchased at Houston’s own all eco-friendly hardware store, New Living. The paint, called Safecoat , has much lower VFCs than standard interior/exterior paint. Additionally, it is thicker than other paint, making it easier to work with for less skilled painters. So you get a paint which is easy to slap on the walls without the harmful chemical smell. Caroline Collective highly recommends this paint for interior painting.

Office Nomads had a big painting party this past weekend too! We are getting ready for the open house we are throwing on Friday to celebrate being open six months. We are too tired to get the photos up right away but it looks like you suffered the same since your party was almost a month ago. :-) Congrats and I hope to some day see your hard work up close.
