Final Fridays Screening Series Starts July 25th
Caroline Collective’s monthly movie screening series kicks off this Friday, July 25th with a selection of short films culled from the 2007 collection of the renowned international touring film festival, Independent Exposure. Independent Exposure’s Best Of 2007 Edition assembles the top choices from the year’s festival as selected by American independent filmmaker Hal Hartley. This month’s screening features the untold story of King Kong, a robot in a rat maze, and staying in on a Saturday night; all masterfully crafted with directorial tools such as stop-motion, pen and ink, documentary and experimental narrative.
This compilation has a rating of ‘R’, and includes one film that while hilarious for consenting adults is completely unacceptable for children.
Please join us at 7pm for a screening beginning at dusk. Clocking in at one hour exactly, we’ll have you culturally sated and onto the rest of your Friday night doing whatever.
$5.00 Admission
