On Saturday, November 1, Caroline Collective will host the RSA Corp Rock Fest 2008, a Guitar Hero tournament and concert benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand, a charitable organization benefiting childhood cancer research, created by Alexandra “Alex” Scott, who fought a battle with neuroblastoma.

In an effort to raise $10,000 for ALS, RSA Corp is sponsoring a lemonade stand in coordination with a full afternoon of festivities. We are calling it Rock Fest 2008. It will be hosted at the hip Museum District venue, the Caroline Collective. There will be a Guitar Hero tournament, live band, drinks, food and fun. Tito’s Vodka, St. Arnold’s Brewery and Sweet Leaf Tea are providing the yummy beverages. Activision (creators of Guitar Hero) have donated six Guitar Hero 3 games with guitar for raffle!

Save $5 by registering online at the Rock Fest donation website. After donating online, print the emailed receipt and bring it to the event as your entrance ticket (http://www.firstgiving.com/rockfest2008).

Tournament Players:

Cost – $25 (Includes free T-shirt)
Tournament players will compete on easy, medium, hard or expert for grand prizes.
