Be inclusive and liberal but also judicious with what and who comes into your space.
Part of our mission is to be as open and inclusive as possible. This is how we work to create a productive atmosphere and maintain an innovative and exciting buzz. Diversity and opportunity are important to foster but it’s important to keep a focus and maintain order and professionalism. We’re slowly learning to be ok with not being everything for everyone and that a little bit of curation can go a long way.

I’ve really been enjoying, and learning from these “lessons learned,” and thanks for sharing them.
However, could you fix the category tag? It reads “Leared.” It drives me nuts every time I see it!

As for #18 it’s useful to remember:
“Have an open mind but be careful your brain doesn’t fall out.”
