C2 Creative Presents “Engineering for Art”

This week’s C2 Creative Talk presents Dr. Matthew Wettergreen, Caroline coFounder and coDirector, and a new initiative of his: the Engineering Design for Art and Artifact Conservation (EDAAC) project.
Together with a multi-disciplinary team of Rice students and the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, Matthew is developing custom archive solutions for priceless pieces of the museum’s permanent art collection.
Dr. Wettergreen will give an overview of the EDAAC problem solving approach, the engineering design process, and how to apply this process to everything from complex community issues to consumer products. For more detail, check out their blog.
