Digital natives have bodies, too! All too often, however, the world of ideas and invention keeps us “in our heads,” and chained to a device. When you only use your body to carry your head from meeting to meeting, you lose touch with the ultimate human factor.¬† Innovation grinds to a halt.¬† Mechanical, rote exercise does not solve this problem.

At this FREE introductory session, you’ll learn how to make abstract ideas concrete, using The Feldenkrais Method. Developed by engineer, physicist, and athlete Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) the Method employs an ingenious process to improve the functionality of bodies, minds, ideas, and complex systems. Anyone, of any level of physical ability, can benefit from the gentle movements and focused attention of the Feldenkrais Method.

Dress comfortably for movement, and be prepared to sit and lie on the floor.  Some mats and towels will  be provided, but you may prefer to bring your own.
