Caroline Collective has been named as one of Ford Fiesta’s Local Best and has received a post on their website! Ford Fiesta’s goal is to “Our teams of agents bring the passion. We bring the public spaces. And with the help of some skilled local creative talent, the Fiesta Movement is bringing ideas and art to life in your backyard.” Included is a video interview with co-owner Matthew Wettergreen that explains some of the goals that Caroline Collective actively pursues. We chose Caroline Collective as one of our “top 10 local best” for many different reasons. From its inception, we’ve been a part of the Caroline community. We’ve made amazing contacts and even more amazing friendships with the other supporters and patrons. We truly believe that the sense of community and progress that Houston has realized in recent years can be attributed to initiatives like those defined by groups like Caroline Collective. It is not only a place where you go to hang out for free wifi, but its also a place where you can network with similar-minded individuals from various disciplines. Any given night, you can be supporting a local charity or attending a local band’s CD release party. Never a dull or non-productive moment.
