Results? Improved function, skill, outlook, clarity, creativity, stress and pain relief. Leading-edge neuroscience meets YOUR daily life. Why not use all the tools available to expand your capacity and potential? The Feldenkrais Method(R) is an iconoclastic approach to fitness, conditioning, and mental processes. Join us!
Each class is approximately one hour in length. Dress comfortably for movement. Mats will be provided.
