As you can see, this spacious 120sf office has a huge window! It also has some snazzy track lights, which are somewhat unique to the space. Our office memberships include 24-7 keyed access, coffee/print/wifi, mailbox, and plenty of coworkers. Offices like this don’t stay open for long, so strike while the iron is hot!

Houston Tweet Drive comes to Caroline! They’ll provide food, libations and entertainment if you help bring joy to a child in need. Bring a new toy or book to enter and they’ll be donated to Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston.

We’ll have food from Oh My! Pocket Pies, Eatsie Boys and Good Dog Hot Dogs; drinks from  St. Arnold Brewing Company, Beaver’s and My TX Spirits; entertainment from Extra Life Houston; and musical performances TBA.

Caroline Collective now hosts monthly Jellies!

Jellies are casual coworking events where people come together to work for the day. We provide chairs, wireless internet, and interesting people to talk to, collaborate with, and bounce ideas off of.

On the second Friday of every month we’ll waive the drop-in fee for coworking, so bring a friend or come by and make a few! A little change in scenery and socialization might be just the cure for your home-office blues, or perhaps it’s the catalyst in your next creative breakthrough. You’ll have to see it to find out.

Towards the end of the day things will slowly shift into the weekly office happy hour!

Caroline member Paula deWitte will be giving a workshop here on December 1st with Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts!

Many artists avoid securing a Will and live with their intellectual properties unprotected. However, most of these uncertainties are easily answered with a few forms.

Paula deWitte will give a workshop on why every artist needs a will, medical power of attorney, and durable power of attorney and what could happen without such documents in place.  A Notary Public will be available and attendees may sign forms for a Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and a Medical Directive (aka the Living Will). Traditional Wills will be covered, but due to the nature of the will-making process, will not be available.
